Preparation time

  • Non-stock items: 2–5 days

  • Pre-sale items: 3–7 days

Quality inspection

All orders undergo 1–3 days of QC inspection.

After inspection, orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.

Production delays or holidays may slightly extend processing time.

Customs Clearance

All shipments must pass customs procedures.

  4. Release to local delivery carrier

If customs clearance cannot be completed, customers may choose reshipment or refund.

Address Requirements

Important notes:

  • PO Box addresses are not supported.

  • Incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays.
