Component Replacement Policy
This page explains the policy for replacing small watch components.
It applies when minor parts have issues but the watch’s core function remains unaffected.
The goal is to resolve small component problems quickly and efficiently.
Applicable Scenarios
Component replacement may apply to the following situations:
Link or pin issues
Clasp abnormalities
Minor strap imperfections
Loose or fallen screws
Small parts that customers can replace themselves
Non-structural component issues that do not affect core watch functionality
These situations typically involve replaceable parts rather than the watch mechanism.
For information about broader after-sales support and our 2-year limited warranty rules, you may review our long-term maintenance coverage. All human-induced damage such as drops, water intrusion, improper operation and unauthorized disassembly is excluded from free warranty replacement service.
Proof Requirements
To request component replacement, the following proof may be required:
High-resolution photos showing the issue
Video explanation demonstrating the problem
Clear visual proof helps confirm whether the issue involves a replaceable component and judge whether it falls under free warranty coverage.
Shipping Responsibility
Shipping arrangements depend on the cause of the issue.
Our Responsibility (Manufacturing Defects Covered by 2-Year Warranty)
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility and covered under the 2-year free warranty:
Replacement parts will be provided free of charge
Shipping costs will be covered
The request will receive priority handling
Non-Company Responsibility (Human-Induced Damage)
If the issue results from improper operation, dropping, water ingress, self-disassembly or other human factors not covered by free warranty:
Replacement parts may be offered at cost price
We may assist with shipping arrangements
Final costs including parts and delivery fees will be confirmed through communication
Component Replacement Process
The replacement process follows these steps:
The customer provides photos or video evidence.
Customer support confirms the issue involves a replaceable component and judges warranty eligibility.
The correct component model is identified.
A replacement part is arranged and shipped.
Installation guidance is provided. Please follow official instructions to avoid secondary damage from incorrect installation.
The customer confirms the issue has been resolved.
If self-installation is not possible, other maintenance solutions may be discussed.
