All modifications must relate to the same order number and follow the conditions below.
What Can Be Modified
Before shipment, customers may request changes to certain order details.
Allowed Modification Items
The following items may be eligible for modification:
Shipping address
Contact information
Watch strap size
Watch model, color, or version
Payment method (only before payment is completed)
All modification requests must correspond to the same original order.
Modification Timeframe
Modification eligibility depends on the order status.
Before Shipment
Orders can generally be modified any time before shipment.
During QC Stage
Changes may still be requested during the quality control stage.
However, modifications at this stage may affect the shipping timeline.
After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, modifications are not guaranteed.
Adjustments depend on the carrier's policies.
Multiple Changes
Submitting multiple modification requests may extend order processing time.
Modification Process
Customers can request an order modification through the following steps:
Contact online customer support.
Provide the order number.
Customer support confirms whether the change is possible.
The modification is completed and the customer receives confirmation.
Any costs or delays caused by customer-requested modifications must be borne by the customer.

Modification Limitations
Certain conditions may restrict order modifications.
Custom Products
Customized items may not be eligible for modification.
Order Preparation Stage
If the order has entered the stock preparation stage, processing delays may occur.
Logistics Collection
If the package has already been collected by the carrier, the shipping address cannot be modified.
