Our Quality Control
Our quality control system focuses on transparency and stability.
Each watch goes through several inspection stages before shipping.
Our goal is simple: ensure customers receive a stable piece without obvious defects.
Our QC Transparency Policy
We follow a clear rule:
What you see in QC is the watch you will receive.
We do not use rendered images or edited photos.
All QC materials come from real product photography.
QC media may include:
Multi-angle real photos
Movement or function video (when applicable)
Exterior detail images
Lume shots for models with luminous features
If possible, we also provide a short inspection video showing the watch in motion.
QC Photos We Provide
Each watch is photographed individually.
Photos show the actual item prepared for the order.
Typical QC photos include:
Front dial view
Caseback view
Clasp details
Bracelet side profile
Lume photo (if applicable)
These images allow customers to check the watch before shipping.
QC Video (When Available)
For some models we may provide a short QC video.
The video may show:
A continuous exterior view of the watch
Movement operation or balance wheel motion
Functional demonstration
This helps customers understand the watch condition more clearly.
Our QC Inspection Process
Before QC media is taken, every watch passes through multiple inspection steps.
Factory Initial Check
The factory performs the first inspection after production.
Warehouse Re-inspection
After arriving in storage, the watch is checked again.
Functional Testing
Key tests include:
Movement power reserve behavior
Timekeeping error check
Calendar alignment check
Exterior Inspection
Our inspection also focuses on visual details such as:
Case shape and surface condition
Dial and index alignment
Hand alignment
Date window positioning
Bracelet and Clasp Check
We inspect bracelet structure and clasp stability.
Lume Check
For watches with luminous material, we confirm lume consistency.
QC Media Creation
After passing inspection, QC photos and videos are created.
Issues That May Be Intercepted
Some issues will stop the watch from passing QC.
Examples include:
Significant index misalignment
Uneven lume
Deep case scratches
Severe calendar misalignment
Abnormal movement power behavior
These pieces will not be sent to customers.
Customer QC Confirmation
QC approval is part of the order process.
Steps include:
QC photos or video are sent to the customer.
The customer reviews the watch.
Shipping begins only after confirmation.
If anything is unclear, customers may request additional photos.
For more details about the ordering process, see our step-by-step guide to placing an order.
What We Do Not Do
Our QC policy also defines what we avoid.
We do not:
Provide artificial “perfect QC” images
Hide visible issues in photos
Use rendering or heavy photo editing
Transparency helps customers make informed decisions.
QC and After-Sales Support
Quality control helps reduce problems before shipping.
However, post-delivery support is still available.
If a mechanical issue appears later, our after-sales support and maintenance policy explains available solutions.
