Warranty Coverage
This official warranty only covers factory original functional defects without human interference, including abnormal timekeeping errors, failed time adjustment, unavailable date setting and other inherent mechanical faults.All human-caused damage is excluded from free warranty coverage, including but not limited to accidental drops, water intrusion, improper manual operation, unauthorized disassembly and private modification. No free repair service will be offered for the above situations. Paid maintenance with extra spare parts fees and labor fees will be charged if repair service is needed.
