Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy explains the conditions, requirements, and process for requesting an exchange. Please review the guidelines below before submitting an exchange request.

Eligibility for Exchange

30-Day Exchange Request

Customers may request an exchange within 30 days after receiving the product under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request is submitted within 30 days from delivery.

  • The item is unused and not installed.

  • The item remains in resalable condition.

  • Original protective films must remain intact.

  • Packaging, accessories, and all included materials must be complete.

  • Customized items and clearance or special-price products are not eligible for unconditional exchange.


Exchanges Caused by Our Responsibility

You may request an exchange within 30 days if the issue is caused by us, including:

  • Incorrect model or specification shipped.

  • Non-human quality problems.

  • Damage during transportation.


Proof Requirements

To process an exchange request, supporting materials may be required:

  • Clear photos of the product and issue.

  • Video showing the problem, if applicable.

  • Unboxing video if the package is empty or missing parts.

These materials help customer support review the request efficiently.


Shipping Responsibility

Shipping costs depend on the cause of the exchange.

If the Issue Is Our Responsibility

  • The exchange will be free of charge.

If the Issue Is Not Our Responsibility

Shipping arrangements will be discussed with the customer:

  • The customer covers the return shipping cost.

  • If a replacement item needs to be sent, secondary shipping costs may be discussed.


Exchange Process

The exchange process typically follows these steps:

  1. Submit an exchange request to customer support.

  2. Customer service reviews the request and verifies the issue.

  3. The exchange is handled by either:

    • Reshipping the replacement item, or

    • Returning the item first and then exchanging, based on the customer's choice.
